The 90-Minute Meeting paints a clear picture of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) to help you decide whether it’s right for you. There’s no better way to tell if EOS is a fit for your business.

Please know, this is NOT a high-pressure sales pitch. It’s just the simplest, best way for you and your team to connect with an EOS expert for a detailed overview of the system, the tools and the process.

There’s no charge for this meeting, and no obligation. It’s a valuable learning event that will answer all your questions and fully equip you and your leadership team to decide:

  1. Do we want to run our business using EOS?
  2. Do we want John Fulwider’s help implementing EOS?

During your 90-Minute Meeting, you’ll learn how EOS will help you get three things we call vision, traction, and healthy.

  • Vision: First getting your leaders 100% on the same page with where your company is going and how it is going to get there.
  • Traction: Helping your leaders become more disciplined and accountable, executing really well to achieve every part of your vision.
  • Healthy: Helping your leaders become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team because unfortunately, leaders often don’t play very well as a team.

The 90-Minute Meeting is for your entire leadership team: your heads of sales/marketing, operations, and finance, plus the owner. If you don't have things set up that way now, no worries—bring the key decision-makers in the company, whomever they are.

It’s completely free. And, you get strong coffee at my place. (See below.)

Do I have to read Traction before starting EOS?
It is a bonus if you have read Traction, but it is not required.
